Overnight & Extended Home Care

Calm companionship in your pet's own space.  

 

Overnight and extended stays are suited to pets who feel most at ease with a consistent, familiar presence while you are away. I remain in your home, gently maintaining your pet’s natural rhythm and daily routine. Care is offered in a quiet, attentive way across the full day, evening and overnight, allowing your pet to feel settled, secure and undisturbed in their own surroundings. Each stay is reserved for one household at a time, creating space for a dedicated, unhurried presence and genuinely attentive care. You will receive thoughtful updates and photos, so you can step away knowing your pet is not only cared for but truly at ease. Especially suited to pets who prefer company, senior animals or those who thrive on routine and familiarity.
This is not a rushed or shared service, your home and pets are my sole focus during your booking.

Daily Home Visits

Gentle check-ins to maintain rhythm and comfort.

 

Daily visits are ideal for shorter periods away or for pets who are comfortable spending time alone between visits.     Each visit is carried out with care and intention, supporting your pet’s usual rhythm through feeding, fresh water, light enrichment and quiet interaction suited to their nature. Updates and photos are shared following each visit, offering reassurance that your pet remains settled and comfortable in their own home. Well suited to independent pets, cats and those who require gentle check-ins throughout the day.

 

In-Home Daytime Care

Gentle structure, familiar surroundings, steady companionship.

In-home daytime care is ideal for pets who benefit from company and continuity throughout the day while you are away. Care is offered within your home, allowing your pet to remain settled in their familiar environment with their usual routine gently maintained. Time is spent in a calm, attentive way, offering companionship, light enrichment and quiet presence suited to your pet’s individual nature. This service provides a steady daytime presence without the need for overnight care, supporting pets who may feel unsettled alone for extended periods or who simply thrive with company nearby. You will receive thoughtful updates and photos, offering reassurance that your pet is comfortable, relaxed and well cared for. Well suited to puppies, senior pets or those who prefer not to be alone for long periods. Daytime care is tailored to your pet’s needs, with flexible timeframes discussed prior to booking.

 

In-Home Care (Limited Availability)

A calm, home-based space where your dog is cared for as one of my own.

I occasionally offer care within my own home, a quiet, settled environment where dogs are welcomed as part of the family. As I share my home with two dachshunds, this space is best suited to dachshunds, offering familiarity, comfort and a harmonious environment for all dogs in my care. This offering is available on a limited, case-by-case basis to ensure balance and wellbeing within the home. If you feel your dachshund may be a good fit, you are warmly welcome to reach out for a chat.

If you are visiting the area with your pets and would like some time out, I offer calm, in-home care within your accommodation, allowing your pets to remain relaxed in a familiar space. Whether you are heading out for dinner, exploring the area or enjoying a day trip, your pets are quietly cared for in your absence, with their comfort and routine gently maintained.

Overnight Care

Overnight Stay (in-home)
$100 per night   
Longer stays of 7 nights or more are offered at a reduced rate of $90 per night.

Includes evening, overnight, morning and daytime care in your home, so your pets remain relaxed in their familiar routine. 
Includes care for up to two pets. Additional pets from $15 per night (depending on care required)
Public holidays $30 additional per night.


Daily Home Visits

60-minute visit $60 (up to 2 pets)      
Additional pets from $10–$15 per visit
A calm, unhurried visit to ensure your pets are cared for, settled and comfortable in their own home.


Extended In-Home Daytime Care

For pets needing extended companionship, presence and care during the day. 

2 hour visit $110 (up to 2 pets)
Additional time $50 per hour

Additional pet rates apply.

For longer or full-day care, an overnight stay may be recommended to maintain consistency and comfort for your pets.

Meet & Greet

Before confirming a booking, I offer a gentle meet and greet so we can get to know each other and ensure your pets feel comfortable and at ease. This allows me to understand their routine, preferences and any specific needs, so I can provide the calm, attentive care they are used to.

 

Travel & Consultation

An initial meet and greet is complimentary within my local area on the Coffs Coast. For homes a little further away, a small travel contribution may apply. Any additional travel will always be discussed with you prior to confirming your booking.

 

Booking & Payment

Following our meet and greet, your booking will be confirmed once your deposit has been received and your dates secured. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your booking, with the remaining balance due 48 hours prior to the commencement of care. Payment can be made via PayID or bank transfer.
If you need to cancel, deposits are refundable with a minimum of 14 days notice. Cancellations made within 14 days may result in the deposit being retained, as those dates have been reserved exclusively for your booking. 
If a booking is shortened or ends earlier than planned, the full reserved dates remain payable, as they have been held exclusively for your pet’s care.

You will receive regular updates and photos, so you feel reassured while you are away. Clear communication and consistency are always maintained. What is your booking process like?

You can contact me via the enquiry form or email. From there, we arrange a gentle meet and greet in your home so I can get to know you and your pets in their familiar environment. During this time, we will discuss routines, feeding, medications and any quirks or comforts that help your pet feel at ease. Once dates are confirmed and a deposit is received, your booking is secured and a confirmation is provided. A calm introduction is important for both you and your pets, allowing everyone to feel comfortable and settled before your time away.
